Complete Dental Supplies primarily serves licensed dental professionals, dental practices, laboratories, orthodontic practices, DSOs, clinics, and approved business or institutional accounts.

Certain products may be restricted to licensed U.S. dental professionals and may require credential verification before purchase. Non-dental professionals and organizations may contact us to confirm account eligibility and product availability.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for professional or business use. Complete Dental Supplies does not require a minimum order for standard purchases.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended application and for ensuring that products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable laws and professional requirements.

If you purchase products for resale, redistribution, export, or use outside the United States, you are responsible for ensuring that such activity complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The payment method belongs to you or you have authorization from the account holder; and

Qualifying dental practices and approved business customers may apply for Net 30 payment terms.

Credit accounts are subject to application, verification, and approval and may be governed by separate written credit terms.

If you are approved for credit terms, you agree to pay all invoices according to the payment terms established for your account.

Complete Dental Supplies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate credit privileges when permitted by applicable law, including when an account becomes past due or account information is inaccurate.

Customers without approved credit terms must pay using an accepted payment method at checkout or as otherwise authorized by Complete Dental Supplies.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Complete Dental Supplies delivers or ships eligible orders within the United States and U.S. territories, subject to product availability, restrictions, and delivery coverage.

Miami-Dade Delivery

Complete Dental Supplies offers free next-day delivery throughout Miami-Dade County with no minimum-order requirement.

Same-day local delivery may be available for qualifying orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Time on business days. Same-day service depends on product availability, the delivery address, payment approval, driver availability, and our local delivery schedule and is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.

Other U.S. Locations

Orders outside our local delivery area may be shipped through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other delivery providers selected by Complete Dental Supplies.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING DAMAGE, LOSS, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be missing products, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

We may request photographs, documentation, packaging information, or other details necessary to investigate the issue.

Claims involving shipping damage or missing products may be subject to carrier requirements and applicable deadlines.

We will work with you and the applicable carrier or manufacturer, when appropriate, to resolve legitimate shipping issues.

SECTION 9 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain products may be non-returnable because of their nature, including products that are opened, used, expired, temperature-sensitive, sterile, customized, or otherwise restricted from return by the manufacturer or applicable requirements.

Where a manufacturer provides a warranty for a product, that warranty may be provided directly by the manufacturer and may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and limitations.

Complete Dental Supplies does not independently provide warranties beyond those expressly stated by Complete Dental Supplies.

CDS-brand products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, subject to the eligibility requirements, limitations, and claim procedures stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided subject to the warranties, if any, offered by the applicable manufacturer.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Complete Dental Supplies.

Shopify is not the seller of the products purchased from Complete Dental Supplies and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, returns, refunds, or customer service relating to transactions between you and Complete Dental Supplies.

Your use of Shopify-powered portions of our Services may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and policies.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR ORDER OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO COMPLETE DENTAL SUPPLIES FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and any other policies or terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Complete Dental Supplies regarding your use of the Services and purchase of products.

These Terms replace any prior versions of the Terms of Service relating to the Services.
