We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact our customer service to
start a return, refund, or exchange. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Easy Returns
To return an item:
- Contact our Customer Service team via email at info@completedentalsupplies.com or by phone at (305)747-7255 to request authorization.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.
- Return items in original condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — you’ll receive a refund for returned items no matter the reason. We cover all return shipping costs whether the product is defective, incorrect, unused, unwanted, or simply not what you expected. Your refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 working days.
- Credit card refunds may take up to 15 working days depending on your bank’s processing times.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund:
- We will process your exchange request within 3 working days after receiving the returned item.
- We will notify you of the exchange status and any timing details.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled before shipping. In that case, please return the product after delivery for a refund.
Warranty Coverage
Many products include a manufacturer’s warranty:
- Equipment products: 1 year.
- Other items: 6 months–1 year.
